Building Surveyor Awards 2021 (BSA 2021) is now open for nomination. Our theme for BSA 2021 is “Community • We Care”. We are honored to have invited Mrs. Sylvia LAM, JP, Director of Architecture Services, as the Jury Panel Chairman of the New Development Category; Mr YU Tak-cheung, JP, Director of Buildings as the Jury Panel Chairman of the A&A and Conversion Category; and Ir WAI Chi-sing, GBS, JP, FHKEng, Managing Director, Urban Renewal Authority as the Jury Panel Chairman of the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Category.
